Refund policy

14-day refund

You get 14 days, a full refund and no questions asked on the first payment of a Starter or Pro plan, monthly or annual.

There is one refund per customer.

There is no free trial. The Free plan is the trial.

Renewals and cancelling

Renewals are not refunded.

You can cancel at any time in the Customer Portal. After you cancel, your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for.

Earlier purchases

Lifetime access and credit packs bought before 24 October 2026 keep the refund terms that applied when they were bought: a full refund within 14 days of the payment, and for a credit pack only if no credit from it was used.

What a refund does

When we refund the first payment of a plan, we also cancel that subscription at once, so the account returns to the Free plan. Projects and saved results stay in the account within Free plan limits.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

How to ask

Write to the contact address on the About page within 14 days of the payment, from the email on your account.
